Rent Guarantee

Options to Suit You

  • Per Tenant -The policy is taken out by us on each individual tenant living in the property that is liable for the rent for the insured term. All tenants must have passed our express or ultimate reference. Reference provided free of charge when ordering a per tenant policy. We also have a tenant support option, to help landlords who have tenants that are receiving government benefits or are unemployed. 
  • Per Property – This policy is taken out by us on the rental property for the insured term. All tenants liable for the rent are covered if they have all passed our ultimate reference and the full rent can be covered between them. No loss of cover on changes of tenancy. Individual properties are covered as new tenancies commence, or cover the whole of your portfolio in a single transaction with our portfolio transfer proposition. 
  • Portfolio Transfer – The portfolio transfer policy allows us to cover your entire managed portfolio in a single transaction. All tenants need to have been referenced by us or an approved referencing agency without any arrears or disputes.
